Please, do not send checks to our office location. We are your investment advisor, but your accounts are held by your broker. If you have a Raymond James account, you may sends checks directly to them. Here is the address:

Do not endorse the check. You may write on the back of it, "For Deposit Only." On the front of the check where there is space, write your Raymond James account number. If you don't know it, you may look on your statement, which can be retrieved online, or you may call us. We cannot email an account number to you for your protection.

If the check is yours, you may simply make it payable to yourself. Put your account number on the memo line. Also, write on the back of it, "For Deposit Only."

Whenever possible, we highly recommend using ACH instead of checks. Checks can get lost in the mail and may take several days. See ACH in this section of the website.

Raymond James’ app for Apple and Android phones allows for mobile deposits. This is also a good option for making check deposits that avoids relying on the US Post Office.

If you should receive a large check (e.g. from an employer plan like a 401(k), real estate sale, etc.), you may email us to request a UPS label. We can provide an overnight UPS label for you to use in such situations.
